By purchasing from Manifest Nails, you agree that your order is final. As our made-to-order nail sets are created specifically for your nail size, shape, and design, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours and we have not yet started making your nails, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are gladly accepted within 24 hours of purchase but will be subject to a 3% transaction fee, which is passed on by Shopify.

In the rare event that your nails arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@manifestnails.com or via Instagram dm's, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to the estimated processing time (as updated in the announcement bar) plus the postage time.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times, and shipping may vary. In rare cases, international deliveries can take up to one month, but you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your package.
