Yes, we love creating custom sets, whether it’s for a special occasion or if you’ve found a design you’d like to recreate!

To get started, please email us at support@manifestnails.com or send a DM on Instagram with any pictures or descriptions of the design you're interested in. We'll respond with suggestions and let you know which price tier your design falls under.

We recommend reaching out first so we can guide you to the best options for your custom order and to select on the site. Once you have everything ready, you can place your order here.

All Custom Made sets are handmade, so if you would prefer a different colour, shorter shape or design tweaks then just make a note in the order, email (support@manifestnails.co.uk) or DM us on Instagram!

Dispatch times may vary depending on the product purchased. For made-to-order nails, the dispatch time depends on current queue times, but we generally aim to ship within 1-2 weeks. Please note, this may take longer during busy periods.

When ordering a made-to-order product, please allow time for the creation and packaging of your nails. Items are made and shipped in the order they are purchased.

For UK deliveries, all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days.

I take a limited number of orders per week. If a set if visible on the site then it is available to order!

Our Custom Made nail sets offer salon-quality results that you can maintain just like acrylic nails.

Each set is meticulously crafted using top-notch materials including gel tips (not plastic), hard gel, gel polishes and pigments.

They're finished with a durable UV gel top coat for ultimate strength and long wear.

It's important that you carefully measure your nails! REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT OFFERED FOR INCORRECT SIZING.

Prep is the key to long wear and is a pivotal stage of the application process.

Each Custom Made nail order includes application and removal instructions, a nail prep pack (24 adhesive tabs, 1 nail glue, alcohol wipe, cuticle pusher, nail file and nail buffer).

Absolutely!

The use of adhesive tabs will make the nails immediately reusable.

To re-use your press on nails after using glue you can use a sanding band to buff off the dried on residue from under the press on.

For frequent wearers who prefer the use of glue, I recommend purchasing an inexpensive electronic filer (check out our Amazon storefront) which will enable you to gently buff away dried on residue and allow for many more wears.

All of our sets are custom made to order. Many design images feature longer tips because they photograph beautifully, but each set can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes. Please note that the design may vary slightly depending on the shape and size chosen.

Since each set is custom, not all designs will be identical, but rest assured, every set will be crafted to the highest quality standards.

Tabs are really strong and ideal for shorter wear of around 5-7 days at a time, 2-3 weeks at a time with the glue.

Sets are packaged in display boxes, perfect for safely storing your nails.

Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep your shipping costs down.

Cancellations are gladly accepted within 24 hours of purchase but these will be subject to a 3% transaction fee, which is the charge passed on by Shopify.

Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. Please note that each set is carefully created with hours of work and attention to detail. As such, we are not responsible if the incorrect size nails are ordered or if any information on the site is overlooked.

Because every item is custom-made and cannot be resold, returned orders will not be refunded. If an order is returned (for example, as an unclaimed item), re-delivery arrangements will need to be made with us.
