Below is a detailed explanation of our dispatch times, how we process your order, and the delivery methods we use. 1. What are the dispatch times for my made-to-order nails?
Since all of our nails are made-to-order, the dispatch time will depend on our current production queue. When you place an order for a set of nails, it is custom created just for you. Typically, we aim to dispatch these made-to-order products within 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed.
However, please note that during particularly busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or special promotions), the dispatch time may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and keep you updated on any changes to your estimated dispatch time.
2. Why do made-to-order nails take longer to dispatch?
Each set of nails is uniquely created for you, and this process requires careful attention to detail. From selecting the right materials to customizing your design, it takes time to ensure the highest quality and perfect fit for each order. After your order is placed, we craft your nails, carefully package them, and prepare them for shipment.
Since all items are made in the order they are received, there may be a slight delay during busier periods. Rest assured, we are committed to providing a high-quality product and efficient service, and we will notify you if any changes occur in your dispatch timeline.
3. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. This email will include tracking information, so you can track your package as it makes its way to you.
Tracking allows you to stay updated on the status of your delivery, so you can know exactly when to expect it to arrive.
4. What shipping method do you use?
For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24, a reliable, tracked, and signed-for service. This service offers an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Tracked 24 ensures your order is fully traceable, and you’ll be able to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Please note that delivery may take slightly longer if you're located in more remote areas, so allow up to 3 working days for delivery in these cases.
5. What should I do if my order is delayed?
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the estimated time frame, occasional delays can occur, especially during busy periods. If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery time, we recommend waiting up to 5 working days after the expected delivery date, as sometimes delays can happen with Royal Mail's delivery system.
If your package still hasn't arrived after this time, please reach out to us at support@manifestnails.co.uk, and we will help you investigate the issue with Royal Mail.
6. Can I change or cancel my made-to-order nails after placing my order?
Once an order for made-to-order nails is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible to ensure a timely dispatch. Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has started.
However, if you notice any errors or wish to make changes immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@manifestnails.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but please be aware that once your order is in production, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping within the UK only using Royal Mail Tracked 24. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options for international customers, and we hope to offer global delivery in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
